Executive Director
Katherine developed a passion for immigration while representing immigrants during law school. As a Teaching Assistant, president of the Immigration Law club, and Lead Fellow of the school legal clinic, she led others who were interested in immigration. She was selected to receive a leadership scholarship for the same leadership skills she uses to direct the Foundation today. She is admitted to the bar in the state of Utah.

LYNAE B. BEVAN
Associate Director
Lynae developed a passion for working with individuals from immigrant, migrant and refugee backgrounds while completing undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. During this time she provided service to members of these communities, leading to her decision to attend law school. During law school, she completed internships with NOMAS and worked as a Lead Fellow of the school legal clinic where she gained the important leadership skills and legal knowledge necessary to direct work within NOMAS. She is admitted to the Nevada Bar.

Immigrant Advocate
Before moving to the United States, Silvana studied journalism and worked in sales in Chile. As an immigrant herself, she knows how difficult it is to leave behind family and culture. Since arriving in the US, Silvana has worked as a legal assistant. She combines her skill in journalism with her legal knowledge to help individuals integrate into new communities when they immigrate. Silvana is a partially accredited DOJ representative.
